Each nomination is required to include at least one (1) letter of recommendation (not written by the nominator) in addition to nominators recommendation. A second letter is recommended but not required. For your convenience you can scan the letter(s) and upload them below. If you do not have the letter(s) at the time of nomination you may email the Letters of Recommendation as attachments to ISCD headquarters at iscd@iscd.org as long as they are received by November 1, 2026.
Nominators need to submit information on a Nominee’s background and experiences for the awards committee to fully consider the nomination. This can be done either by obtaining the nominee’s CV, Vitae or resume or, in lieu of CV, complete the section below outlining nominee’s professional experience, honors or awards received, publications, and volunteer activities/efforts.
