Exam Cancellation and No-Show Policy

For CBDT Exams at PSI Test Center

You may cancel or reschedule an examination appointment if PSI receives your cancellation notice (* see below) before 4 pm eastern time, two (2) business days before the scheduled examination. It would be considered a No Show if your exam was not canceled before this date.  Please email certification@iscd.org with a reason and a copy of your cancellation confirmation from PSI to request an exam cancellation refund.  There is a $50 cancellation fee deducted from the refund.

No Show’s for scheduled exams will need to pay a no-show fee of $80 before they are able to schedule a new exam.

ISCD Annual Meeting Attendance Cancellation Policy

All changes in registration must be made in writing and addressed to education@iscd.org. Cancellations received 30 days before the start of the program are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the start of the program will not be refunded.

Membership Refund Policy

Membership dues are not refundable and are not deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Consult your tax advisor for details.  
Note: Your ISCD membership is individual. If your company paid for your membership and you leave that company, your membership follows you. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current, especially when changing jobs or addresses. You may login to your ISCD profile at any time to make changes to contact information and communication preferences.

Education and Course Cancellation Policy

Live Course (In-Person & Zoom) Attendee Cancellation Policy

All changes in registration must be made in writing to education@iscd.org. Cancellations received 30 days before the start of the program are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the start of the course will not be refunded. If a course has on-demand/enduring material as pre-requisites and the registrant has already started an activity at the time of cancellation, a fee of $25 per activity included and started will be assessed to the refund, and the registrant can complete the learning activity started.

On-Demand/ Enduring Material Cancellation

Purchase of on-demand or enduring educational materials are non-refundable.

On-Demand/Enduring Material Program Changes or Cancellations 

ISCD reserves the right to cancel the program, change dates, and/or the location/method of offering. All program fees will be refunded if a program is canceled unless the registered participant elects to transfer to another program.
