Voting
- Any ISCD member (Community, Professional, or Full) can vote. ISCD uses third-party software to conduct the elections, and ballots must be submitted electronically online. To increase email deliverability, ISCD has adopted several actions to ensure all eligible members receive a ballot.
- Some members have opted out of receiving emails from ISCD. The society will conduct a campaign in the fall of 2024 to encourage members to update their email preferences.
- Some members have opted out of receiving emails from our third-party election vendor by clicking unsubscribe from ballot emails sent on behalf of ISCD or another organization serviced by the vendor.
- ISCD will compare our voter eligibility list with the list of third-party unsubscribe requests and send members emails with instructions on how to resubscribe to the voting emails.
- ISCD will send reminder emails to those who have not voted, encouraging them to vote.
