What time period does my dues payment cover?
The ISCD membership term is twelve (12) months from the date that your application is processed. You will receive email and mailed reminders from ISCD in advance of your annual renewal date. Be sure to remain subscribed to ISCD emails to receive these important reminders.
How do I renew my membership?
To renew your dues, log into your online ISCD account at the MEMBER LOGIN page. Under the My Memberships tab, you will find you will see the button to renew. Click on the “renew” button and follow the prompts to checkout and complete your transaction.
How do I access the Journal of Clinical Densitometry?
Login to the ISCD.org website from the USER LOGIN button on the top of any page of the website and select Journal of Clinical Densitomtery from the Join Menu, under Member Benefits.
How do I access my online benefits when I do not know my member number or login information?
If you have forgotten your user information or password, your username is your primary email address. To reset your password, click on the Reset Password link on the Member Login screen.
My company paid my membership. What happens if I leave my job?
ISCD membership is individual, so your membership follows you. Please make sure to keep your contact information current, especially when changing jobs or addresses. Log in to your account to make changes.
As a new member, when will I receive my ISCD membership card?
Your ISCD membership card is now available on your member profile for you to download and print. Membership cards will no longer be mailed to members.
If my membership has lapsed, how can I reactivate it?
Generally, if your membership term has lapsed, you may reinstate it by renewing your membership online or contacting ISCD at 860-259-1000 to pay your dues. If the lapse has been longer than three months, you must reapply to the Society.
How do I update my personal and contact information with ISCD?
You can log onto the member section of the website through the MEMBER LOGIN button on the top of the ISCD.org website. You can edit your personal and company information within your online profile.
Does ISCD offer a discount when I retire?
Our new membership model offers tiered membership packages with more affordable options that correspond to specific member benefits. We are hopeful that with these options available, members will maintain their engagement with ISCD when they retire.
Can I obtain a refund for an unused portion of my membership dues?
No, membership dues are not refundable.
Can I deduct the cost of membership from my taxes?
Dues to the ISCD are not deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Consult your tax advisor for details.
