Bobbie Pin
There is a bobbie pin over the right greater trochanter. The external artifact should be removed and the hip rescanned. In this analysis, the femoral neck box is anchored to the greater trochanter. In GE scans, the femoral neck box is at the narrowest aspect of the femoral neck.

There is a bobbie pin overlying the right greater trochanter on this GE Healthcare right proximal femur scan.
