In the left panel a White 66 year old male is scanned first as a female. In the right panel the male is scanned as a male. The Z-scores are lower with a switch to a male database. The T-score did not change since in both cases the individual is compared to a White female.

Case Description:
This is a 66-year-old Caucasian male who was scanned as a female in the left panel. In the right panel, he is correctly scanned as a White male. The Z-scores are lower with a change from female to male. The FRAX score is changed with the gender change.
