Laminectomy and Spinal Hardware

 

This AP Hologic spine DXA shows spinal hardware and laminectomy. Laminectomy would lower bone mineral density (along with lytic metastatic lesions).

Case Description:

This AP Hologic spine DXA shows spinal hardware and laminectomy. The spine would not be useable for diagnosis or follow-up and a forearm scan should be added.
