Oncogenic Osteomalacia/Tumor-Induced Osteomalacia

Case Description:

This is a patient who presented with profound hypophosphatemia. He gave a history of muscle weakness and bone pain for many years. The work-up yielded the diagnosis of tumor-induced osteomalacia. The patient was on the FGF-23 antibody, burosumab for an extended per of time before the tumor was located and resected.
