Dexcon Glucose Monitor

 

There is a Dexcon glucose monitor partially overlying L4; therefore L4 is omitted from analysis. There are also degenerative changes seen in the spine that will tend to overestimate the bone mineral density in the lumbar spine.

Case Description:

This external artifact is a Dexcon glucose monitor that is partially overlapping L4; therefore L4 was removed from analysis.
